The hotel is very affordable and perfect for budget travelers, especially for families. The location is great since it is situated in the heart of the city, with easy access to restaurants, markets and other important facilities. The staff is so kind and hospitable, always ready to assist their guests. They made us feel at home during our stay. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and the food is delicious.
Sadly, the communication barrier was the biggest challenge we faced during our stay. The staff did not communicate in English which was quite difficult for us as we had to use Google Translate for every interaction.

The location of this hotel is perfect for me as it's situated in the center of the city with all the necessary facilities nearby. Additionally, the kindness and politeness of the hotel staff made my stay a wonderful experience. The hotel's affordable price during high season is also a great advantage.
Nothing everything was great! The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way possible.

This hotel is a great choice for those on a budget. the location is perfect as everything is within walking distance, including restaurants and markets. the staff are also very helpful and kind. I really enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good variety of food. the room was clean, comfortable and had all the basic necessities that I needed.
I did notice a slight smell in the bathroom which could be improved.

During our romantic escape, we were impressed by the low price we paid for such an awesome experience. the centre location let us enjoy various restaurants and markets, and the polite and helpful people around made our stay even better. We loved the cozy atmosphere, as well as the delicious breakfasts and the perfect cleanliness of our room.
We were slightly disappointed by the lack of English speaking staff. Communication was a struggle, and we ended up missing our last bus because the receptionist misunderstood our request to retrieve our deposit.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in the center of Bursa, with low prices even during high season. The location was perfect, close to all the restaurants, markets, and facilities. The people were incredibly kind and polite, always ready to assist and help out.
All was perfect.
